Design
CFM works to ensure that all performance specifications from the client are met and through carrying out necessary concept & feasibility reports, CFM deliver designs that go above and beyond the expectations of clients. The design team use the most advanced design technologies to produce realistic plans that can be re-worked with client input.
Power & Distribution
Cronshaw Facilities Management have been delivering specialised power and distribution services to commercial and domestic installations since being established. The team offer a full range of support to supply and install switchgear and sub main cabling containment and small power sockets for commercial and domestic buildings.
General & Emergency Lighting
The team at CFM works to solve general lighting problems, incorporating the design of the space and integrated, RAKO lighting controls to deliver creative solutions for customers.
Lighting support includes a full client consultation; design and specification drawings, supply and installation of lighting, with the option of having RAKO integrated lighting controls.
Fire Alarms
Ensuring to meet all industry legislation and health and safety standards, CFM supply and install domestic, part 6 systems and commercial industrial, part 1 systems. The systems installed by the CFM team offer the customer a rounded fire protection solution that is created specifically for each client.
Telephone & Data
CFM understand that the ability to communicate within commercial and domestic installations is important, and the team are able to deliver a reliable supply and the installation of wireless internet, Wi-Fi strength testing and full office data fit outs.
Audio Visual

CFM can supply and install HDTV systems and take care of the installation of songs and iPhone controlled audio installations.
